30 pounds gone with 8 months of running, weight lifting, and making healthier food choices! :D
i tried eating 1200 calories a day and swearing off junk food at first, but i strongly believe that long-lasting weight loss boils down to making good, healthy choices for your body every single day. i still eat quite a bit of junk food, but i choose to drink smoothies instead of milkshakes, eat tons of fruit over 100 calorie snacks, and try to eat a salad every now and then!
i also go to the gym 3-5 times a week because i genuinely enjoy how it positively affects my health, energy levels, posture, and endurance! also, it’s just flat-out fun to beat your personal records! c:
here is proof that with patience, motivation, and self-love, you can see a HUGE difference in your body!
PS— i’m kind of freaking out about the size of my stomach compared to the size of my head!!! i can’t believe how much larger my tummy used to be!
